Partner with more than 20 years of legal practice, specializing in overcoming highly complex conflicts, advisory Business Law, corporate transactions, and national and international contracts. He was a partner at renowned law firms before founding FMJ. He was also a director of Deloitte in Brazil. He is the author of the book Isolated Productive Unit – concept, legal treatment, and related issues, published by Ed. Quartier Latin and co-author of Applied Corporate Law, published by Ed. Saraiva, as well as several articles and opinions.
