Jennifer Rodrigues is a lawyer with experience in business litigation, corporate advisory and bilingual legal representation. Her practice includes drafting pleadings, contracts and legal opinions, as well as due diligence and regulatory compliance for domestic and foreign companies.
Throughout her professional career, she has worked for renowned law firms and large companies, such as Boehringer Ingelheim, where she participated in institutional initiatives to defend patients’ rights and in the development of internal operating procedures. She is currently a member of the team at Focaccia & Mello Junqueira Advogados, contributing to the strategic management of business litigation and corporate advice.
She graduated in Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU) and also has a technical degree in Legal Services from ETEC Getúlio Vargas. Jennifer is an active member of the OAB/SP, having participated in the Civil Law and Young Lawyers Committees.
