Lawyer for more than 30 years in the area of corporate law, he has extensive experience in civil litigation working mainly in the areas of administrative law and real estate law, working with the sale, merger, spin-off of national and international companies, as well as collective bargaining related to engineering and architecture. He is currently CEO of the Italian multinational GEODATA LTDA.Responsible for hiring and coordinating law firms, both in Brazil and abroad, to solve legal problems in the areas of tax law and labor law, he is also in charge of the management and legal monitoring of contracts and sub-contracts for the provision of engineering and architectural services, in Brazil and abroad, such as, for example, the Imigrantes Highway, the Mario Covas Ring Road, Cumbica, Santos Dumont, Vitória and Confins Airports, Sabesp, the São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Lisbon and Caracas Subways, the II and III Bridges over the Orinoco River, the Salvador Monorail (Metrogreen), among many other projects.
