Ruy de Mello Junqueira Neto

Founding Partner

Partner with more than 20 years of legal practice, specializing in overcoming highly complex conflicts, advisory Business Law, corporate transactions, and national and international contracts. He was a partner at renowned law firms before founding FMJ. He was also a director of Deloitte in Brazil. He is the author of the book Isolated Productive Unit – concept, legal treatment, and related issues, published by Ed. Quartier Latin and co-author of Applied Corporate Law, published by Ed. Saraiva, as well as several articles and opinions. 
  • Master in Commercial Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP);
  • Diploma from the Madrid Chamber of Commerce;
  • Postgraduate (latu sensu) in Tax Law from the University Extension Center;
  • Bachelor’s degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University;
  • High school education at Santa Cruz College.
